Who we are
5rings is a brand of Fiverings Digital Private Limited, Chennai. Our sports venues are operated by Fiverings Sports Private Limited. This policy covers the website www.5rings.in.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the details you type: your name, mobile number, chosen branch, sport, and the student's age group. If you go on to register for coaching admission, we additionally collect the student's and parent's names, date of birth (used for age-appropriate batch placement and academy records), contact details, chosen batch and session, and a student photograph for our academy records. We do not store card or bank details on this website — payments are handled by Razorpay. Registrations for children must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
How we use it
Your enquiry details are used to contact you about coaching admissions, memberships, bookings, or products you asked about — by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Enquiries are stored securely in our internal records. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising analytics (Meta Pixel)
This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure which of our advertisements lead to genuine enquiries and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a form, limited details may be shared with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form for ad measurement. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook settings under "Ad preferences".
Third-party links
Slot bookings are completed on our partners' platforms (Turftown, District) under their own privacy policies. Map displays are provided by Google Maps.
